  • Customize
    • Folders
      • Show system folders
      • Show hidden files
    • Desktop arrangement
    • Delete program shortcuts
  • Setup
    • Firefox
    • Thunderbird
      • If special settings are necessary create a temp account with the special settings
        • Outgoing smtp settings
        • SpamPal settings
    • SpamPal
      • Needs email user name
    • Networking
      • My Network Places/Setup Home or Small Business Network
  • Transfer to defaultCreate new user (Tech maybe)
    • Create 2 new users (Tech and Temp)
    • Log in to Temp
    • Log off Temp
    • Log in to Tech
    • Copy Administrator profile folder contents to Temp
    • Using Temp follow these directioins http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=319974
