These settings will only backup the user data for the user active when set up.
Open Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\File History
Map a network drive to hold the backup, or use existing mapped drive location
Select that location
Turn on
If not working, check to be sure Indexing is turned on
Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Component Services
Search for either Indexing or Windows Search
Turn on
To change how often backed up and how long versions kept
Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\File History\Advanced Settings
